Learning to Unlearn: The New Future of Education
Why the classroom of the AI era has to teach judgment, not just facts.

If facts are available in seconds, the classroom cannot stop at memorisation. Future-ready learning increasingly depends on the ability to adapt, think critically, solve problems and create. That shift also changes the role of the teacher. The task is no longer simply to deliver content. It is to create situations in which students analyse data, conduct experiments, work through real-world challenges and learn to ask sharper questions.
Learning to unlearn is therefore not about discarding knowledge. It is about being willing to reconsider familiar methods when the world around us changes. In a technology-rich future, curiosity, judgement and independent thinking may become some of education's most valuable outcomes.
