Impact is often easiest to understand when the numbers are connected to people and places.
For the 2026-27 academic year, scholarships worth ₹17,71,466 were cleared for 29 students through United Way of Hyderabad, Udaan Social Empowerment Trust, North Bihar Power Limited and Veljan. Some disbursals were complete while others were awaited at the time of reporting. Vignana Jyothi also planned an MoU with DaanVeda, an AI-powered fundraising intelligence, automation and payments platform, to help identify scholarship providers across India.
Infrastructure support took two other forms. Fifty 22-inch Dell monitors were received from S&P Global, Hyderabad, through United Way of Hyderabad. VJ alumna Sravanthi Lanka, Vice-President at S&P Global, was instrumental in arranging the contribution, and the monitors were handed to VJIAS for its second lab.
Vignana Jyothi also donated 85 three-seater desks to ZPHS Thunki and Railapur on 28 July. These are simple interventions, but their value is tangible: access, equipment and a better everyday learning environment.
